We had a kitchen supplied by them in June of last year and were assured that their customer service was excellent and that attention to detail was key. Our experience has been the exact opposite. We paid a huge amount of money for the kitchen and a door was fitted which was the wrong colour. We have been waiting nearly a year for this door to be replaced. I have lost track of the phone calls we have made and the broken promises we have been given. We STILL do not have a replacement door. Once they have sold you the kitchen they walk away and tell lies. They really don't care. Use them at your own risk.
