- Oletha Lai Review added: 2018.09.12★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not a good place to be on a Saturday - always excessively busy, staff don't seem to have enough time to do their work. Test took around 2 and a half hours and I even had to wait 15 minutes to collect my glasses - despite sitting in the middle of the room, the staff forgot about me and only noticed me after announcing that they were taking their lunch break. Sent glasses to be redone and they said they would call me in 7 - 10 days to book a collection, I had to call them 2 weeks later asking where they were - they had arrived but no one had called me. Awful experience, this is the 3rd time I have had to have glasses redone by Boots, won't be going back anymore.
